(January 25, 2018) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has appointed two new office managing shareholders (OMS) in Northern California. Constance E. Norton will lead the firm’s San Francisco office, and Gregory G. Iskander will head up the Walnut Creek office.
“We are excited to have Connie and Greg at the helm of the San Francisco and Walnut Creek offices,” said Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of Littler, in a joint statement. “They are both natural leaders with proven track records, and we are confident that they will effectively lead their respective offices while continuing to expand Littler’s presence throughout Northern California.”
Norton, an active litigator for nearly 30 years, defends employers in wage and hour class and PAGA-only actions, lawsuits involving claims of employment discrimination and harassment and employee theft of trade secrets. She is a member of the firm’s Governance Committee and Women’s Leadership Initiative. Active in the professional community, he has been a member of the board of directors for the employment section of the Contra Costa County Bar Association, and is a member of the litigation section and the labor and employment law section of the State Bar of California.
