Overview

Greg Iskander is a trial attorney with extensive experience in state and federal courts, and has served as first or second chair in approximately 40 jury and court trials and arbitrations. He practices in a broad range of employment matters, including:

  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Whistleblower retaliation
  • Wrongful termination
  • Wage and hour claims
  • Class actions

Greg has managed over one hundred class and PAGA actions and is a member of the firm’s Class Action Strategic Review Committee. 

Greg is also a frequent presenter and trainer for management on anti-harassment, discrimination and workplace investigations.

Greg has extensive prior experience as a white-collar criminal defense attorney, focusing on computer-related crimes.

He served as a clerk for the Hon. Don R. Work of the California Court of Appeals, Fourth District, Division One, and is a former lieutenant with the United States Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps.

    • Co-counsel for escrow company involving over 800 escrow officers in case successfully tried before a judge in California state court.
    • Lead counsel in action involving claims administrators successfully resolving following class certification defeat.
    • Lead counsel for national waste services company involving thousands of drivers, successfully resolved following summary judgment victory.
