Jena Silverman has represented both employees and employers in various employment matters, including discrimination based on protected-status (race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, and disability), and harassment, retaliation, and hostile work environment claims.
Jena has experience negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements, and drafting various employment agreements such as severance agreements, settlement agreements, and executive offer letters. She has attended numerous mediations and arbitrations.
Jena's background includes experience as an investigative researcher and human resources administrator.
During law school, she was employed as a law clerk at a New York City-based plaintiffs’ employment law firm, was chair of the Moot Court Association, and received numerous awards.
