As the New York State legislative session draws to a close, Littler's Workplace Policy Institute® (WPI™) reviews new legislation in the Empire State and analyze what it means for the workplace. Presenters will review issues such as minimum wage, freelance work, noncompetes, artificial intelligence and arbitration agreements.
Littler attorneys will be joined by Frank Kerbein, director of the Center for Human Resources for the Business Council of New York State, who will provide the perspective of businesses in the state.
