Amanda McGinn represents clients in all types of labor and employment matters, within the sports industry and across various other sectors.
She has defended professional sports leagues and individual teams in high-stakes arbitrations and court disputes, including those involving discrimination claims, discipline of professional athletes, compliance with the Labor Management Relations Act, and benefits disputes under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
Amanda’s experience also includes handling complex internal and governmental workplace investigations and litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employee misconduct. In addition, Amanda regularly counsels employers on inclusion, equity, and diversity (IE&D), leave and accommodation, disciplinary actions, and OFCCP compliance for government contractors.
