In this article, Littler's Eric Savage comments on the potential liability of a recent New Jersey ruling stemming from an employee who was viewing internet child-pornography at work. Eric says the ruling, "under a narrow view, simply re-emphasizes employers' obligations to investigate and act effectively when there is evidence of crimal activity, such as child pornography, and also to take reasonable proactive measures."
