Theo E.M. Gould represents management in all phases of labor and employment law, with particular expertise in employment litigation and traditional labor law. On a day-to-day basis, he negotiates and drafts employment agreements, policies, and handbooks, and counsels employers on compliance with federal, state and city labor laws, including:
