Elena Marie Gutbrod focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation and defending employers in class actions.

Prior to joining Littler, Elena litigated general liability matters, including medical malpractice, insurance defense, premises liability, and nursing home negligence. She also gained experience in an array of employment litigation, including harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, and wrongful termination under state and federal laws.

In law school, Elena served as a fellow with the Hugo Grotius International Law Fellowship, and competed on the mock trial team.
