Develyn Mistriotti is an experienced civil litigator and corporate advisor. His practice focuses on employment law matters, including unfair competition and trade secrets. Develyn has represented dozens of corporate clients in a variety of complex lawsuits and class actions throughout the United States. He has advised small businesses on employment and business disputes governed by federal, Minnesota, and Wisconsin laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Littler, Develyn represented small- and medium-sized companies in matters concerning antitrust issues, deceptive trade practices, unfair competition, consumer fraud, and contract disputes.
