The first webinar in this miniseries will focus on the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) and what we have learned in the last three years. In addition to an in-depth overview of the law, we will focus on recent developments, including amendments to the statute relating to top off of PFML benefits and the uptick in civil penalties issued by the Department of Family and Medical Leave for PFML notice violations.
