Willie Mincey

Willie Mincey advises and represents management clients on labor and employment law matters. 

Prior to joining Littler, Willie focused on general liability and employment litigation while with a private law firm. Previously, he spent four and a half years working in criminal defense at the Alameda County Public Defender's Office and San Francisco Public Defender's Office, representing clients in various misdemeanor and felony matters. Willie first-chaired over 20 jury trials to verdict, and drafted and argued numerous evidentiary motions before the court.

During law school, Willie participated in both civil and criminal law moot court teams.
