Michael Dissinger focuses his practice on advising and representing management clients on labor and employment law matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Mike practiced civil defense litigation in the areas of insurance bad faith, construction defect, catastrophic injury and accident, mechanic's liens foreclosures, class actions relating to health information and data privacy, contractual disputes, and commercial transactional matters. His experience includes conducting legal research and writing, arguing motions in court, conducting depositions of fact and expert witnesses, negotiation and settlement of cases, expert witness retention, and conducting discovery. Mike has litigated cases from commencement through resolution in both Nevada state court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. He has helped a number of notable corporate clients achieve full defense results and favorable settlements, including through dispositive motions and alternative dispute resolution.
During law school, Mike participated in the school’s mock trial curriculum and co-chaired the King Hall Legal Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing legal services to underserved communities in California.
