Perspectiva General

Alexandria Witte Rafizadeh has spent the entirety of her legal career dedicated to employment litigation, primarily in the context of wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions. She practices in both state and all federal districts in California, and has arbitration, trial preparation and appellate experience.

Alex began her career in law working at a well-known plaintiff’s-side class action firm in Los Angeles, where she focused her practice on employment and consumer law cases. In 2015, she made the switch to management-side defense, where she acquired the skills to vigorously defend employers, large and small, in wage and hour class and PAGA actions as well as in FEHA discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination cases.

Alex also serves as a liaison for Littler’s Workplace Policy Institute (WPI), where she focuses on legislative and regulatory developments in employment and labor law for the City and County of Los Angeles, and municipalities in the greater Los Angeles area generally. In this role, Alex assists the employer community in understanding, preparing for, and impacting legislation and ordinances in Los Angeles before they become law.
