Timothy M. Wojcik has significant experience defending employers against wage and hour claims, ranging from single plaintiff administrative proceedings to class actions involving thousands of putative class members. Tim has represented employers in cases involving alleged violations of meal period, rest break, overtime, minimum wage, piece rate, regular rate, wage statement, and business expense statutes. He has extensive experience handling claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Tim has also successfully defended employers against civil and administrative claims of wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to provide reasonable accommodation, and failure to engage in the interactive process. 

Tim’s practice involves all aspects of litigation, from initial investigation and discovery through trial and appeal. He has extensive deposition experience, including depositions of plaintiffs and class representatives, experts, persons most knowledgeable, and fact witnesses. In addition to his litigation practice, he regularly advises employers in all areas of labor and employment law including wage and hour policies and procedures, disability and leave laws, FMLA/CFRA issues, personnel grievances, and workers’ compensation issues.
