NEW YORK (February 15, 2018) – Eric A. Savage, a shareholder in the New York office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is among the winners of the 2018 International Law Office’s Client Choice Award.
The Client Choice Awards recognize excellent client service across a range of criteria, including industry knowledge, strategic thinking, billing transparency and responsiveness. This year’s winners were chosen from a pool of over 2,000 individual client assessments. Nominations can only be made by corporate counsel.
For more than three decades, Savage has effectively defended employers across a range of matters, including discrimination and harassment; corporate compliance and ethics; investigations; international employment law; whistleblowing and retaliation; unfair competition and trade secrets; hiring, performance and termination; and alternative dispute resolution.
He participates actively in the legal community nationally and internationally with memberships in the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Rule of Law Initiative Council of Middle East and North Africa and the Labor and Employment Law section, among others. He has also served as vice chair of the Middle East Law Committee within the International Law and Practice Section of the ABA.
Domestically, he is a member of the Middle Eastern and North African Affairs Committee of the New York City Bar Association and of the Labor and Employment and Federal Practice and Procedure sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association. At Littler, he serves as co-chair of the firm’s Emerging Technologies and Venture Capital Industry Group.
Savage has been awarded the AV® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He received his B.A. from Princeton University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.
