IRVINE, Calif. (July 20, 2016) – Shareholder Heather Peck of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has been recognized among the “Top 50 Women Lawyers” by the National Diversity Council.

Based in the firm’s Irvine office, Peck specializes in labor and employment law. Her experience involves matters regarding privacy and data protection, traditional labor, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour and wrongful termination. She is currently the co-chair of Littler’s Reunion affinity group and a liaison for the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative. Peck earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, her M.A. from the University of Amsterdam and her B.A. from San Jose State University.
