Stephan Settekorn

Stephan Settekorn advises companies on individual and collective employment law matters as well as related areas of law. He focuses on church labor law and provides companies with ongoing employment law advice regarding personnel, especially in the context of restructurings.

Stephan has extensive knowledge in the field of temporary employment, as well as experience negotiating the formation and termination of service contracts with representatives of corporations. Stephan is also a very experienced litigator.

Before joining vangard, Stephan worked for many years for a well-known boutique employment law firm in Hamburg and became partner in 2007. He was admitted to the bar in 1998 and is a specialized lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law in Germany.
