San Francisco, CA/ July 24, 2009 -- Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the nation’s largest employment and labor law firm representing management, is pleased to announce that seven of its shareholders have been named among the “Top 100 Labor Attorneys” in the United States for 2009 by Labor Relations Institute, Inc. (LRI).
Shareholders Ron Holland of San Francisco; Fred Schwartz of Chicago; Andrew Meyer of Cleveland; Mark Robbins of Los Angeles; and Tedd Kochman, Alan Model and David Rosen of Newark, N.J., were selected for inclusion from a selection pool of more than 8,900 labor attorneys.
Inclusion in LRI’s elite “Top 100 Labor Attorneys List” distinguishes these shareholders in the top one percent of labor attorneys in the U.S. and among the most active attorneys representing companies in matters monitored by the NLRB.
“This recognition by LRI further demonstrates our attorneys’ longstanding commitment to achieving successful results for our clients,” said Marko Mrkonich, president and managing director of the Firm. “Littler is extremely proud of these individuals for their outstanding efforts to meet and exceed our clients’ needs, as well as their contributions to the labor and employment industry overall.”
The list was determined by the number of National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) elections in which each attorney provided representation over the past five years, as well as the success of those election outcomes.
