The web-based service provides tools for employers to comply with state and federal laws when hiring employees and maintaining their workforce. Launched in California in 2015, it is now available to employers in Illinois.

The site offers ready-made and template employment documents, along with guidance on how to effectively use and customize the documents to the user’s the business needs, including:
- Onboarding Resources, including offer letters, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and proprietary information agreements.
- Continuing Employment Resources, including employee handbooks for employers of multiple sizes, and commission and bonus agreement guidance.
- End of Employment Resources, including termination letters and checklists, and separation agreements.
Littler X-celerator also provides users with access to a host of Littler’s online resources, such as basic summaries of federal and state wage and hour laws, discrimination and harassment laws, training and poster requirements, and other areas of labor and employment law.
