Shareholder David J. Goldstein has been counseling employers for over 20 years to understand their legal obligations. He regularly provides clients with strategic thinking practical advice to help manage employees and achieve business objectives. Goldstein is a leading authority on affirmative action and governmental contract requirements, assisting employers with affirmative action requirements and regularly representing government contractors in OFCCP, state, and local compliance reviews. Additionally, he has substantial litigation experience, having represented employers in a wide variety of matters, including class actions. Goldstein received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A. from Haverford College.
Shareholder Holly M. Robbins advises clients on a wide variety of employment issues, including discipline, terminations, reductions-in-force and complex leave issues. She is an experienced litigator and has defended employers in a wide variety of employment lawsuits. Her experience includes defending employers in multi-plaintiff and class litigation in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract and whistleblower cases. Robbins received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Haverford College.
