LAS VEGAS, NV (January 10, 2013) - Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the world’s largest employment and labor law firm representing management, has named Roger Grandgenett managing shareholder of the Las Vegas, NV office. Grandgenett succeeds Wendy Krincek, who will return to a full-time active legal practice at Littler with an emphasis on client development.

Grandgenett advises and represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Nevada Equal Rights Commission and the National Labor Review Board, as well as the Department of Labor and the Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner. His practice focuses on federal and state litigation, mediation and wrongful termination, as well matters relating to Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, among others. With clients spanning the hospitality, construction and service industries, Grandgenett also provides counsel relating to labor and employment compliance and issues.
Prior to joining Littler, Grandgenett was an adjunct professor at the Community College of Southern Nevada where he taught classes on civil procedure and administrative law. He also served as publications editor for Communique and the Clark County Bar Journal and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources.
A member of both the Employment Section of the American Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association, Grandgenett has been named a “Best Lawyer in America” in both 2012 and 2013.
Grandgenett received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1994 and his B.A. from the University of Nebraska in 1991 cum laude.
