(April 18, 2018) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has been named among the 2018 “Top Ten Female Friendly Firms” by Yale Law Women (YLW).

In addition to inclusion in the Top Ten list, the firm is being recognized by YLW for superior performance in the following categories:

• At Least 50% of Associates Are Women
• At Least 25% of Equity Partners Are Women
• At Least 50% of Attorneys Promoted to Equity Partners in 2017 Are Women

To compile the list, YLW surveyed firms on the 2018 Vault Top 100 Law Firms list. YLW collected data on family accommodations and parental leave, as well as indicators of gender equality in partnership promotions and composition of leadership committees.
