“We are honored to once again be recognized by Vault as the top labor and employment law firm, and among the leading firms for diversity,” said Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of Littler, in a joint statement. “Diversity and inclusion are core values of Littler and we remain committed to our goal of promoting a work environment of inclusion, respect, trust and collaboration as we strive to provide clients with high quality and innovative legal services.”
The Vault Law 100 ranking is based on scores from nearly 20,000 law firm associates surveyed earlier this year, who were asked to rate law firms on a scale of 1 to 10 based on prestige. The Vault diversity rankings are based on associate perceptions of how firms create, maintain and foster diverse workplaces.
