Blumberg (Los Angeles), Stacey E. James (San Diego), Jeffrey B. Jones (Orlando), Natalie A. Pierce (San Francisco) and Scott D. Rechtschaffen (San Francisco).

About Robert S. Blumberg
Blumberg is the office managing shareholder of Littler’s Century City and Downtown Los Angeles offices. He represents and advises employers in a wide variety of labor, employment and business law matters, including in wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, unfair competition and wage and hour class action litigation. Blumberg has spent the entirety of his career at Littler, and has acted as managing shareholder of Littler’s Los Angeles office since August 2007. He received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, cum laude, and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, cum laude.
About Stacey E. James
James’ practice focuses exclusively on labor and employment law. She has extensive experience representing employers in class action and single plaintiff litigation matters in state and federal court and before numerous state and federal administrative agencies. Additionally, James advises management on a wide spectrum of labor and employment matters. Active in the professional community, she is a member of the American Bar Association and the former co-chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. She has been included in The Best Lawyers in America© since 2013. James received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.S. from San Diego State University.
About Jeffrey B. Jones
Active in the Orlando legal community for nearly 20 years, Jones is the managing shareholder of Littler’s Orlando office. He is a highly experienced trial lawyer representing employers on labor and employment matters, and as a former prosecutor, his experience includes more than 30 jury trials, including many high profile cases. He is involved in a number of professional organizations and is a member of the National Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association and the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association. Jones has been included in The Best Lawyers in America© since 2013 and has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law and his B.S. from Florida State University.
About Natalie A. Pierce
Pierce represents start-ups to global corporations on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. Her deep litigation experience includes handling harassment claims, enforcement of restrictive covenants, whistleblower claims, and complex litigation, including wage and hour class actions. Pierce also has extensive experience in the employment law aspects of acquisition and down-sizing of corporations and serves as a core member of Littler’s Business Restructuring Practice Group. As Co-Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Council, she developed Littler’s Career Advocacy Program. Active in the professional community, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of San Francisco and, as Regional President, on the Board of Governors of the Hispanic National Bar Association. She earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received the Emil Schlesinger Labor Law Prize at graduation and her B.A. with honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
