Littler Adds Hyunchai Isabelle Sohn to Expanding Asia Pacific Regional Center in Singapore

SINGAPORE (February 18, 2025) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Hyunchai Isabelle Sohn as Of Counsel in its Asia Pacific Regional Center located in Singapore. Sohn, who is Korean—and licensed to practice in the country—joins from InterLEX Consulting & Law.

Sohn represents multinational businesses in a range of labor and employment matters, including internal investigations, trade secrets, labor relations, mediations, litigation, and issues arising from cross-border investment transactions. A former in-house counsel for Samsung Electronics in Korea, Sohn brings extensive experience navigating complex HR operational issues in the country.

Sohn is also a leading voice in Korea’s legal community and regularly publishes on developments impacting employers. She has served as legal advisor to the Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency, and the Korea Industrial Technology Association—and was named a Leading Lawyer of Korea by Legal Times in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Sohn received her J.D. from Korea University Law School and her LL.B. from Seoul National University, School of Law. She is fluent in Korean and English.
