Overview

Yesenia Garcia Perez focuses her practice on the defense of employers in a wide range of employment litigation matters, including single and multi-plaintiff cases alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as associated tort, contract, and wage claims. She has represented clients from various industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail, and fitness, before state and federal courts, arbitrations, and administrative agencies. Yesenia has experience working on a variety of complex litigation matters including healthcare litigation, financial services litigation and fraud and breach of contract disputes.

Prior to joining Littler, Yesenia worked as a litigation associate at a full service law firm in San Francisco. She also served as a law clerk for California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. during law school.
