
Tim McInturf’s practice focuses on litigation involving unfair competition and trade secrets, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Over the past thirty-plus years, he served as lead trial counsel in numerous trials, temporary injunctions, and arbitrations throughout the state of Texas. He also advises management on thoughtful strategies to protect confidential information and build high-performing workplace cultures while maintaining employment law compliance. Tim’s business-minded approach to serving clients is rooted in strategic thinking, collaboration with clients and colleagues, and a deep understanding of the unique and changing legal landscape in Texas and nationwide.
Following a successful litigation career, Tim spent 11 years in executive leadership roles including president, executive vice president, chief administrative officer, and general counsel in-house for a global Littler client. He returned to Littler in 2025 and brings a unique understanding of the needs of clients in addition to his extensive hands-on experience representing clients and resolving disputes in litigation.
Tim is a former member of Littler's National Associate Evaluation and Compensation Committee and a former Houston office hiring shareholder.
