Overview

Stacey Vucko is an experienced litigator who regularly represents clients in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination cases, Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) matters, and other complex class action cases. Stacey has spent most of her career advocating for clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, and in state and federal court.

Prior to joining Littler, Stacey worked for a full-service law firm in Chicago handling BIPA class action and employment litigation. She also ran her own law firm, in which she concentrated on employment matters, for eight years.
