Overview

Sara A. Zimmerman has extensive experience handling all aspects of single plaintiff litigation, from the demand letter phase through trial preparation, as well as experience meeting real-time, unanticipated needs during trial. Her primary focus is defending against claims of wrongful termination, retaliation and discrimination, with additional experience in individual and representative wage and hour matters. Sara also has a background in handling all aspects of the EEOC and CRD (formerly DFEH) charges, has appeared in front of the Labor Commissioner, and regularly attends mediations.

Sara has always worked on the management side of the equation and prides herself on having a strong defense background. Prior to joining Littler, Sara was employed at another national labor and employment defense firm where she gained experience representing and defending a variety of clients, from family owned restaurants to Fortune 500 companies.
