Overview

Richard J. Kim represents and counsels employers on labor and employment law matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Richard served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Tracy C. Hudson of the Prince William County Circuit Court. He previously worked as a litigation paralegal at Amtrak, where he focused primarily on employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. During law school, Richard served as a member of the George Mason Law Review.
