Na Rae Kim represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and class action wage and hour claims in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. Na Rae also provides advice and counsel to clients on California employment law compliance, including recruiting, hiring, background checks, compensation, reduction in force, severance agreements, interactive process, terminations, and leaves of absence.
In law school, Na Rae served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Newton Lam of the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco. She also served as editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal.
