Overview

Morgan S. Dull counsels and represents employers of all sizes in a broad range of traditional labor and employment matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies throughout the country with a focus on traditional labor law.

Morgan represents and counsels employers in all aspects of traditional labor law and labor relations, from R-Petition up through collective bargaining, as well as unfair labor practice litigation and grievance arbitration. Morgan advises clients on a wide range of labor management issues, including:

  • Lawful strategies during all stages of union organizing and representation cases before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
  • Labor relations strategies and compliance
  • Proceedings before the NLRB
  • Collective bargaining
  • Strikes and picketing
  • Federal and state court injunctions
  • Labor contract administration

Morgan takes a proactive approach to labor and employment matters, and is experienced in providing day-to-day advice, counseling, and training to employers about labor and other workplace compliance issues. She regularly provides presentations for clients and local organizations on labor law and best leadership practices for all levels of management.

Morgan also has significant experience in single plaintiff litigation and regularly defends employers in matters involving discrimination and retaliation claims, up through and including trial.
