Miguel A. Morel is a highly experienced labor and employment attorney who represents employers in complex litigation and regulatory matters across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on aviation and transportation.
Miguel has successfully defended employers in both individual and class-based actions before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies including the EEOC, U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges, Florida Commission on Human Relations, Florida Division of Administrative Hearings, among other administrative agencies.
Miguel's practice includes employment litigation under ADA, FMLA, Title VII, ADEA, FLSA, and Florida employment laws. He handles whistleblower and retaliation claims under AIR 21 and Florida statutes, as well as union representation disputes, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitration under the Railway Labor Act (RLA).
