Overview

Lukasz Chrusciel is one of the leading attorneys in the field of labor law and social security. With many years’ experience in advising entrepreneurs, he concentrates in litigation, including disputes with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), remuneration of employees, working time, discrimination, non-competition agreements, as well as staff outsourcing and employment agencies. Also, he boasts extensive experience in the area of collective labor law, with emphasis on collective disputes and relations with trade unions. Lukasz is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia and has published over 300 articles in Polish and international magazines, including the most prestigious in Poland, Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. Lukasz also regularly conducts training programs in labor law and social security.
