Lucas Corleis advises national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law. He focuses on providing ongoing legal advice including representation in court, especially in the area of protection against termination as well as supporting the implementation of restructuring measures. Lucas is a specialized lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law in Germany.

Before joining vangard, Lucas worked in a leading German retail company as an inhouse legal counsel.
