Overview

With over 10 years of experience, Laura V. Dietrich has represented employers in a diverse range of industries in the various aspects of the employer-employee relationship. She thrives on understanding her clients’ needs and helping them achieve that goal. Laura assists employers with conducting investigations, policy compliance, and handling interactions with administrative agencies, such as the Equal Opportunity Commission. She also has extensive experience representing her clients in both state and federal courts.

Prior to her time at Littler, Laura worked at two different firms in the Dallas area and focused her practice on representing employers in the context of serious personal injury, premises liability, and claims against insurance companies. Laura’s prior experience gives her unique and practical insights into how her clients’ businesses operate to best approach their unique employer-employee issues.
