Overview

Krystal Saleh represents and counsels employers in various industries including retail in a broad range of employment and labor law matters, including the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), wage and hour, and class action litigation. Krystal has successfully represented employers throughout the litigation process including obtaining the dismissal of high stakes cases on summary judgement as well as negotiating settlements in private mediation.

Additionally, Krystal regularly partners with employers to update their employee handbooks, drafts and provide guidance on employment related documents such as offer letters, performance improvement plans, severance agreements, and workplace investigations. Furthermore, Krystal provides advice and counsel to employers on employee discipline and terminations, employee accommodations, leaves of absence and their wage and hour practices.
