Overview

Kevin Frankel counsels and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under state and federal law. He has experience litigating in federal, state, and local courts, as well as before administrative agencies. His litigation practice focuses on employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and their state counterparts.

In addition to his litigation practice, Kevin has advised employers on issues relating to talent acquisition and background screening laws, drafting company handbooks, and employee separation agreements. Additionally, Kevin has experience in traditional labor matters, such as union organizing drives and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Littler, Kevin served as an assistant district attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
