Overview

Joshua Z. Feldman advises and represents employers of all sizes in a broad range of employment matters arising under state and federal law. He has extensive experience defending management in litigation involving:

  • Wrongful termination
  • Workplace harassment
  • Retaliation
  • Discrimination
  • Wage and hour issues
  • Defamation
  • Breach of contract

He regularly practices in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Labor Commissioner, and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Joshua also frequently advises employers on the multitude of issues that arise under the employment relationship, such as:

  • Employee hiring and termination
  • Workplace investigations
  • Workplace violence
  • Litigation avoidance
  • Compliance with EEO requirements

Prior to joining Littler in 2005, Joshua's practice included complex construction, real estate and business litigation matters, with experience in federal, state and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. While in law school, Joshua served as an extern for the Honorable Philip M. Pro in the United States District Court, District of Nevada and the Honorable Napoleon A. Jones, Jr. in the United States District Court, Southern District of California.
