Jennifer S. Kim represents employers before federal and state courts, as well as federal, state, and city administrative agencies in employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour cases. Jennifer also has experience providing advice and counsel to employers on day-to-day workplace issues, including those that arose out of the COVID-19 pandemic and the New York State and City sick and safe leave laws.

Jennifer’s interest in labor and employment law stems from her past experiences at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and working for law firms focusing on labor and employment prior to joining Littler. As a fluent Korean language speaker, Jennifer has attracted and helped Korean-speaking clients at law firms at which she previously worked.
