Iván López García de la Riva

Iván López García de la Riva has developed his career as an employment lawyer since 1998. His extensive experience is mainly focused on counseling and defending clients, including before the National Court and the Supreme Court. He is recognized for his experience in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including corporate labor law, collective bargaining agreements, senior executive disputes and public labor law.

Since 2007, Iván has been a professor at the Complutense University of Madrid, teaching various subjects related to Labor and Social Security Law. He has also served as a professor for various Master's degree programs since 2010.

Iván is a regular speaker at seminars and training sessions on labor law and sports law. He is the co-author of several monographs, as well as the author of articles and scientific works related to those subjects. Iván has completed postgraduate studies in law at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE).
