Overview

Helen Braginsky represents employers of all sizes in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, trade secrets, and wage and hour violations.

In addition to representing employers in single and multi-plaintiff matters, Helen has significant experience defending complex wage and hour class actions as well as the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions in both state and federal court involving issues such as misclassification, piece-rate violations, meal and rest break violations, overtime and off-the-clock work. Helen also regularly represents employers in arbitration proceedings regarding all aspects of employment litigation as well as before the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and other administrative agencies.
