Heather A. Pierce has experience defending employers in a variety of employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, wrongful termination, defamation, and breach of contract. She represents national companies in federal and state courts across the country, in arbitration proceedings, including arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and at mediation. Heather also counsels clients on employment policies and procedures, provides training and conducts investigations into workplace harassment.
