Hannah Kramer focuses her practice on helping clients defend against - and resolve - employment, commercial, and intellectual property disputes.
Prior to joining Littler, she represented tech companies in state and federal courts at an employment, intellectual property, and business litigation boutique law firm. Hannah gained significant pre-trial and trial preparation experience, wrote and argued a variety of motions including dispositive motions, and counseled companies in evaluating risk associated with hiring employees engaged by competitors. She is fluent in eDiscovery protocols and procedures, including Relativity and DISCO.
Previously, while with a boutique commercial and employment litigation firm, she focused on workplace harassment, wage and hour, contract, and trademark infringement disputes.
Hannah earned an Intellectual Property Certificate from UC Davis School of Law, where she was managing editor of Environs Environmental Law and Policy Journal, and Problem Writing Chair on the Moot Court Honors Board.
