Overview

Grace Waddell represents and advises California employers of all sizes in employment law matters in both state and federal court. She has extensive experience litigating cases, including those involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage & hour violations, and trade secrets misappropriation.

Grace has served as a second-chair trial attorney, handled numerous administrative hearings, and argued motions under both state and federal law.

Prior to joining Littler, Grace practiced catastrophic personal injury and products liability law on behalf of plaintiffs. She now enjoys a unique perspective when handling complex litigation as a result of her experience of sitting at both counsels' tables throughout her career.

While in law school, Grace served as Communications Chair for the Pepperdine School of Law’s Trial Advocacy Program. She also obtained the Straus Institute Certificate for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
