Gabriela Arevalo focuses her practice on representing and advising employers on:

  • Labor and employment matters
  • Executives and workers compensation
  • Employment tax
  • Labor audits
  • Labor litigation matters

Gabriela counsels clients on termination procedures, calculation of labor benefits, labor agreements, employment contracts, payroll taxes, and compensation packages. She also conducts labor audits and has engaged in layoff processes.

Gabriela is a professor of Labor and Employment Law at the School of Law of the Central University of Venezuela.
