With a strong emphasis on collaboration, Ben works closely with each employer, ensuring strategic guidance that aligns with their organizational goals.

Prior to joining Littler, Ben honed his litigation style in New York City defending municipal agencies and employees in civil lawsuits as an assistant corporation counsel for the New York City Law Department. He was a member of a high-volume pretrial litigation unit where he regularly conducted and defended depositions, advised clients, drafted and argued motions, and negotiated cases to settlement. While with a global law firm, Ben represented various financial institutions in connection with collateralized loan obligations, drafted deal documents, and coordinated with deal parties to facilitate efficient transactions and closings on deals valued in the hundreds of millions and up to a billion dollars.

During law school, Ben interned with the Hon. Steven I. Locke of the Eastern District of New York and was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient.
