Overview

Erin Train focuses her practice on employment law litigation, representing management in a variety of industries, including hospitality and healthcare. Erin represents her clients in conducting investigations, performing initial case analysis, drafting pleadings and discovery responses, managing eDiscovery, taking and defending depositions, as well as preparing and arguing dispositive motions, trials, and appeals. She also dedicates a portion of her practice to representing employers in collective, class and hybrid actions brought under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state wage and hour laws. She has appeared in state and federal court and before the New York State Division of Human Rights.

Prior to joining Littler, Erin had extensive experience as a defense attorney in Philadelphia, handling numerous arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and municipal court trial.
