Emily Levy's practice encompasses various labor and employment law matters. Emily counsels and represents employers of all sizes against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower violations, and unfair labor practices in both state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has experience with federal and state occupational safety and health plans and regularly defends against OSHA citations and penalties. Emily also represents and counsels employers during collective bargaining.
Emily provides labor and employment advice related to discrimination and retaliation, Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigations and citations, and management in a union environment.
Prior to joining Littler, Emily worked at a boutique litigation firm in Columbus. During law school, Emily served as the executive editor of the Arkansas Law Review. She also was a judicial extern to Judge Kristine Baker at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas and to Judge Joanna Taylor at the Washington County Circuit Court in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
