Dylan Patel focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters.
His background includes both litigation and transactional experience gained while with small firms, federal agencies, and in-house for large corporations. He gained the legal perspective of all three environments and experience in both private practice and the public sector. In addition to labor and employment law, working with both middle market and large clients, Dylan is interested in mergers and acquisitions business transactions. He enjoys helping clients navigate complex issues and frequently changing laws.
During law school, Dylan was managing editor of the Corporate and Business Law Journal, president of the Business Legal Assistance Program, and a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar.
